REFUND POLICY

Because many CHECK IN BRO products are made-to-order, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 


 

ELIGIBLE REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS

We may offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • There is a manufacturing defect

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

 


 

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

We generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Minor variations in print placement or color

  • Normal wear and tear

 


 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because many products enter production quickly, cancellations may not be possible once fulfillment has started.
